Our History

1975
Centurion Packaging was established in the mid 1970’s, on Centurion Way in Leyland, Lancashire. We started distributing FIBC’s, polypropylene and paper sacks, as well as dedicated packing (including bale wraps, botany and box bags) for emerging industries such as clothing recycling, before quickly diversifying into stretch film and wide width polythene thanks to our extrusion plant.
2001
MacFarlane Clansman’s ownership saw much success with the company and Centurion Packaging launched a new frontier with Holrose Limited at the helm after they acquired its polypropylene division back in 2001. Now based in the picturesque town of Golborne, Warrington – our business shows no signs of slowing down.
Today
With a commitment to sustainability and innovation at its core, Centurion Packaging has flourished beyond traditional products. As experts in FIBCs, flat sacks, recycling packaging and container liners, we now have an expansive global reach for food distribution needs with additional custom printing, valeting and repair services for bulk bags.
