Meet our sales team
Brian
Cenpac Sales Executive
The packaging guru from Yorkshire! Brian has spent over a decade in a sales environment and covers Yorkshire and the East side of the UK. He is a specialist in strapping products and battery-powered hand strapping tools. For 2024, Brian is focusing on delivering growth for the business not only in the strapping products, but also in FIBC bags and PP sacks.
Outside of work, he finds joy in music, playing the piano, curating a vinyl record collection and attending live concerts. Brian is knowledgeable part of the team and goes above and beyond to see that the client’s needs are met.
Richard
Sales Manager
Richard has spent 35 years within the plastics Industry, including 5 years studying polymer technology and manufacturing management at University.
Richard has a good academic knowledge and the operational experience in extruded products, including blown film and PP products.
He lives in North Wales by the coast, and can be found either paddle boarding at weekends, or hiking with his border collie in the mountains of North Wales.
Dave
Product Manager - Waste/Recycling
A specialist in blown film for waste bale wrap and silage roll, Dave is proudly approaching his 30th year in a sales.
Dave’s focus on the waste wrap industry continues to help business’ in reducing their annual spend, and frequently advises on government led ‘green initiatives’. Dave is also experienced in FIBC bulk bag construction, and has a consultative approach with customers.
A keen rugby and football fan, Dave also has 3 dogs and enjoys ending his long weekend walks at the local pub!
Melanie
Cenpac Sales Executive
Mel has been employed by Centurion packaging for over 20 years and is without doubt, the ‘oracle’ of Cenpac.
Mel started with the business in a purchasing and transport role, and has eventually worked her way into sales which she enjoys thoroughly. She has industry-wide knowledge of bags, sacks and everything packaging related.
In her spare time, Mel likes to try and keep active. You can often find Mel on horseback galloping through the fields of Essex or ‘mucking out’ the stables, paddle boarding in Norfolk and more recently kick boxing classes.

1975
Centurion Packaging was established in the mid 1970’s, on Centurion Way in Leyland, Lancashire. We started distributing FIBC’s, polypropylene and paper sacks, as well as dedicated packing (including bale wraps, botany and box bags) for emerging industries such as clothing recycling, before quickly diversifying into stretch film and wide width polythene thanks to our extrusion plant.
2001
MacFarlane Clansman’s ownership saw much success with the company and Centurion Packaging launched a new frontier with Holrose Limited at the helm after they acquired its polypropylene division back in 2001. Now based in the picturesque town of Golborne, Warrington – our business shows no signs of slowing down.
Today
With a commitment to sustainability and innovation at its core, Centurion Packaging has flourished beyond traditional products. As experts in FIBCs, flat sacks, recycling packaging and container liners, we now have an expansive global reach for food distribution needs with additional custom printing, valeting and repair services for bulk bags.
